<p>Welcome to Ruh-e-Mehak. These Terms of Service ("<strong>Terms</strong>") apply to your use of <a href="https://ruhemehak.com">ruhemehak.com</a> (the "<strong>Store</strong>") and to every purchase you make from us. The Store is owned and operated by <strong>FKF Online Marketing Company</strong> ("<strong>Ruh-e-Mehak</strong>", "<strong>we</strong>", "<strong>us</strong>" or "<strong>our</strong>").</p>
<p>By visiting the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our <a href="/policies/privacy-policy">Privacy Policy</a>, <a href="/policies/shipping-policy">Shipping Policy</a> and <a href="/policies/refund-policy">Refund Policy</a>. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.</p>

<h2>2. Eligibility</h2>
<p>You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law, to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Store only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.</p>
<h2>3. Your Account</h2>
<p>If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or misuse the Store.</p>
<h2>4. Products & Descriptions</h2>
<ul>
<li>We try our best to describe our attars and perfumes accurately, including their fragrance notes, size and ingredients. However, fragrance is personal: how a scent smells and how long it lasts can vary from person to person, depending on skin type, weather and how it is applied.</li>
<li>Product photos are for illustration. Actual colours of the liquid, bottle or packaging may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings or natural variation between batches.</li>
<li>All products are sold subject to availability. We may change, discontinue or limit the quantity of any product at any time.</li>
</ul>
<h2>5. Safe Use of Fragrances</h2>
<p>Our products are for <strong>external use only</strong>.</p>
<ul>
<li>Do a small patch test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Stop using the product if irritation occurs.</li>
<li>Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin and mucous membranes. Do not swallow.</li>
<li>Keep away from children, pets, open flames and direct heat. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.</li>
<li>Please read the ingredient list on the product page and packaging before use. We are not responsible for reactions caused by ignoring these instructions.</li>

<h2>6. Prices & Payment</h2>
<ul>
<li>All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are <strong>inclusive of all applicable taxes</strong>, unless stated otherwise.</li>
<li>Prices, offers and product availability may change without prior notice. The price that applies is the price shown at the time you place your order.</li>
<li>We accept online payments through secure third-party payment gateways, and <strong>Cash on Delivery</strong> where available. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking details.</li>
<li>If a product is listed at a wrong price because of a typing or technical error, we may cancel the order, even after it is confirmed, and give you a full refund of any amount paid.</li>

<h2>7. Orders</h2>
<ul>
<li>Your order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email or message only confirms that we have received your order. A contract is formed when your order is dispatched.</li>
<li>We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, the delivery address is not serviceable, there is a pricing error, or the order looks fraudulent or unusual (such as bulk or resale orders). In such cases, any amount paid will be fully refunded.</li>

<h2>8. Shipping, Returns & Refunds</h2>
<p>Delivery, cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are handled as described in our <a href="/policies/shipping-policy">Shipping Policy</a> and <a href="/policies/refund-policy">Refund Policy</a>, which form part of these Terms. In short: we ship free across India, opened products cannot be returned, and return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.</p>
<h2>9. Offers & Discount Codes</h2>
<p>Any offer or discount code is valid only for the period and on the terms stated with it. Unless mentioned otherwise, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied to past orders. We may change or withdraw an offer at any time.</p>
<h2>10. Reviews & Content You Share</h2>
<p>If you post a review, photo, comment or other content on the Store or on our social media, you confirm that it is honest, is your own, and does not break any law or anyone else's rights. You allow us to display and share it (with your name or initials) on our Store and marketing channels. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, spam or otherwise inappropriate.</p>
<h2>11. Intellectual Property</h2>
<p>The Ruh-e-Mehak name, logo, product names, designs, photos, text and all other content on the Store belong to FKF Online Marketing Company or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.</p>
<h2>12. Acceptable Use</h2>
<p>You agree not to:</p>

<li>Use the Store for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including false orders or false return claims;</li>
<li>Try to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Store or its systems;</li>
<li>Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the Store or copy its content;</li>
<li>Buy products for commercial resale without our written consent.</li>
</ul>
<h2>13. Limitation of Liability</h2>
<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruh-e-Mehak will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law that cannot be excluded.</p>
<h2>14. Third-Party Services & Links</h2>
<p>The Store is hosted on Shopify and uses third-party services such as payment gateways and courier partners. The Store may also contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of these third parties.</p>
<h2>15. Changes to These Terms</h2>
<p>We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Store after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.</p>
<h2>16. Governing Law & Disputes</h2>
<p>These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve any concern with you directly and fairly first, so please contact us. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand, India.</p>
